Your input may be used to develop and promote a budget that fits within the desires of the taxpayers, not the whims of the politicians and special interests. The EZ-TDB form allows taxpayers to set budget priorities in the simplest fashion.

1. How much Federal Income tax did you pay last year (not counting Social Security or Medicare)? _____

2. Below is a list of the Activities of the Federal Government and their percentage of the Federal Budget.  The EZ TDB allows you to rate each budget activity on a scale from 0 to 10 (0=lowest priority). The President's Preference is in italics.  Circle the priority you wish to that budget activity. Note : This is a sample form and does not represent any actual opinions of the President or Congress.

3. You may enter how much of any activity you would like to directly contribute to toward a charity/private sector provider for that activity. (xxxxx means not available).  To determine the maximum amount of a charity contribution for any Activity, multiply the taxes you paid by the % for that Activity. Ideally, you might be able to attach a check for an accredited charity up to the percent of your taxes that go to that Activity and have that amount deducted from your tax bill.
